  • Yes, I offer video sessions from the comfort of your home. Telehealth is available for individuals throughout the state of Ohio.

  • I work with adults and mature teenagers of all genders. Many of the people I see are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or long-standing patterns that feel difficult to change. I work best with people who are open to introspection and deeper exploration.

Rather than offering quick solutions, we work toward insight, clarity, and lasting change by exploring how your inner world has developed over time.

  • Absolutely. Confidentiality is a fundamental part of therapy, and everything we discuss remains private, with a few exceptions related to safety or legal requirements. I’m happy to explain confidentiality in detail so that you feel secure in our work together.

  • Sessions are conversational, reflective, and collaborative. You’ll be met with warmth and curiosity, and at times gently challenged in ways that support growth. Many people leave sessions feeling clearer, steadier, and with something meaningful to reflect on afterward.

  • Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on their needs and goals. We can adjust frequency over time as your work evolves.

  • I am currently in-network with Aetna, Optum, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Medical Mutual. Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend checking directly with your insurance provider regarding copays or deductibles.

    If I’m out-of-network for your plan, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.
